Custom UV Direct Print Cornhole Boards

All of our professional cornhole boards meet or exceed ACO and ACL tournament standards and are made here in the USA. When it comes to cornhole boards, build materials matter. Don’t be tricked into inferior sets you may see at Amazon or Walmart or the backyard builder down the street. There is a reason why they are cheaper. They are built with cheap materials and tend to wear out quickly. You will likely need to replace or repair them frequently.

Many builders use 1/2-inch plywood for the tops and 2×4 for the frame and legs. These provide for an inferior playing experience as the bags will generally have too much bounce when they hit the board. Many builders will also make the frames flush with the tops which will affect gameplay as well by allowing bags to cling more to the edges. For this reason we only use premium quality 3/4 inch Baltic Birch plywood for the entire build which provides a much more stable playing surface with little to no bounce and an extra strong frame for a longer product life. The frame is also inset from the tops which provides a more accurate playing surface just like they use in the ACA tournaments.

Every board comes standard with your custom UV printed design and sealed with a protective sealant to give it a smooth and perfectly playable surface.

Everything is cut and assembled right here in our Utah facility and go through multiple quality checks to ensure only the best quality products are produced. Frames are constructed using pocket holes and dado joints for a strong and tight connection. Sets will generally ship between 3-4 weeks after order.
